Form 1 e-file times for SBR

It kind of sucks on the eForms only getting the PDF and no 'real' stamp.  It would be nice for the $200 to get a real (original with physical stamp)  form in the mail also, but that 47 cent stamp might break the bank for them

Mog this begs the question & Mark or someone else knowledgeable may be able to *confirm*.

If a person submits an F1 or 4 using a hard copy w/ snail mail, does Martinsburg return a hard copy stamped form using snail mail?

Yes.  All the 'hard copies' I have submitted (all form 4s for suppressors and DDs) have returned as real paper forms with (pretty) stamps attached to the forms. My experience is submitting via snail mail (paper) adds about 3-5 months to the wait time. eForms does have the added benefit that you can log into your account anytime and print your approved eForms (or 'submitted' forms) right from the ATF website. A plus, until someone hacks the ATF website and gets a list of every class 3 item and the addresses( locations) in the eSystem.

My search skills apparently suck, I am pretty sure some one has posted a "how to" on filing for an SBR stamp but I am coming up empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Good info at Silencerco. Everything is the same regardless if it is an SBR, SBS, DD, Suppressor, AOW, FA, etc.
