Reply to "Goose is coming -- Carl Gustav for US Infantry Platoons"

I've got Carl G's in my Rifle company right now.  Currently they are being operated by Marines within the rifle platoons. Our 0351's at still running their SMAW's, but those are largely worn out crap at this point. We are still trying to figure out employment with our maneuver sections and as the Company GySgt, I am also trying to come up with ways for the guys to carry extra rounds, particularly in a jungle environment. Any of you guys who have ran these things for a while have suggestions for ammo carriage, I'm all ears, as I really don't want to make rifle squads carry  any extra stuff than they have to and right now the ideas being thrown around involve things like main rucks in the assault and other bad ideas....

The thing in the above picture looks interesting if it is a stand alone unit that will protect the rounds in transit.
