About a year ago, I bought a set of Hesco L210's. I went through the guys at AT Armor and they were very helpful in talking though my needs and desires vs. pros and cons of some of their products. I do not wear the plates daily so others can chime in there. When deployed, I wore the plates/vest I was issued and eventually you get used to what you have. In a way, that's less hassle then having a choice in the matter In the end, you'll need to rank your priorities (protection, weight, cost, etc) and make your pick from there. Again, the reps from most reputable dealers should be able to guide you once you have your priorities in mind.
