It's no longer on the market, but I've got a Citizen Titanium Eco-Drive Chrono, I bought it 10 years ago for about $350 mail order, and it's kept time like a champ, never had to reset it unless I stopped wearing it for a time i.e. a week and it didn't get any sunlight.
Looking online at the updated Ti Eco-Drives, they seem to have a 4 year power reserve. Pricing is still about the same $400-600 retail, $250-400 street.
Mine survived daily saltwater baths with no ill effect.
I don't wear a watch much anymore because I just use the clock in my phone.
Question please. My ex girlfriend gave me as a gift lat year a Citizen Eco Drive. Problem is that it doesn't hold the charge. I've tried puting it in direct sunlight, under a lamp etc. and it holds the charge for less than an hour. It's a nice watch but at present all it's doing is serving as a paperweight. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. PM if you prefer.
