I’ll chime in...
This blanket has definitely helped me sleep better. I habitually suffer from interrupted sleep, as I normally wake up around ~0130 thinking about the laundry list of tasks I need to complete (and then am up 10-15 times more throughout the night). Over the past few nights of using a weighted blanket, I (nearly) slept through the entire night.
No final decision on how effective it is, in and by itself, but so far so good.
Oh yeah, my blanket is 15 lbs...one of the lighter ones, but it’s not so heavy that I feel like I’m being body-slammed all night. The material is super soft/silky, which I’m sure helps as well.
YMMV, but for those that suffer from not sleeping through the night, I recommend you try it.
