CROZ3212 describes the process well. The only thing I would add is to tuck the starting edge of fabric between the two parts of the shell where the T nuts are that retain the UBL shank. 

 

Cutting your fabric over size is important as the curves of the holster seem to use up materiel at a greater rate than dry fitting would indicate. The only holes I would precut are the three that will go over the T nuts. The other holes I recommend cutting after you have applied the #M Super 77 glue. I used a soldering iron tip to melt the nylon at the "tent" or dimple where you need a hole.

 

I have used Super or Krazy glue on any edges that start to lift. Works like a champ...
