I have the shoulder harness and waist strap from a Mayflower chest rig that needs to be shortened up to 'normal human' size.

Should be nothing more than pulling stitches, shortening straps and re-sewing.

My request is a MOLLE compatable sheath for a Becker BK2. Preferably black in color and as low profile as possible. It would be nice if the sheath would secure the knife with nothing other than friction, but I understand if thats not possible. PM me with any questions. Thanks.

Request to have internal pouches removed from a STOMP II in the middle flap/wall between the front and back of the bag. Then have both sides of that wall lined with Black or OD Loop Velcro so that I can used DAP pack or any other hook attachable pouches internally.

Its nothing more pulling stitches and sewing large pieces of loop to the bag. No thicker than single or double ply cordura.

Looking for a low profile BALCS cut carrier. No need for plate pockets. Also looking for a Kangaroo like hyrdo pouch. I need the carrier in a Coyote or FDE color and the hydro in ATACT or Coyote.

Hopefully the kick ass work so many of you do can meet this need at a reasonable price Smile

Looking for a set of multicam side plate pouches for 6x6 stealth side plates.

REQUEST:
I'm issued a M16A2 and I would like to mount my VTAC 2 point closer to center.

-The front would have to be be a wire cable loop because of rails and Heat.
If the front is not possible I can fab one up with safety wire and tubing

-The rear mount needs to be thin (500 cordura??) enough to fit under the charger handle and have a loop built into the side.

REQUEST:

I am looking to have a plate carrier sewn for my HH6, who is also in LE. The PC is primarily for training and equipment eval but may also be used downrange as HH6 and her agency deploy internationally with regularity. HH6 is small, 5'1" tall, maybe 115lbs, 35" through the chest, . Her PC needs are,

Coyote Brown (ish)
a cumberbund, capable of IIIA inserts to be made by a mfgr later.
8X10 Gamma hard plates or similar.
Molle on front and back of carrier,
Velcro front of carrier top and on upper rear for LE ID.
Shoulder straps should QD but not interfere with shouldering an SMG.

We are up for trying new ideas in terms of construction, attachment, new materials, etc. As we don't sew or construct such items, thoughts, ideas, and input from the mfgr are not only welcome, they are crucial to making a PC that works for her.

HH6 likes my TAG Banshee but swims in it. We have looked at the carrier built here, http://lightfighter.net/eve/fo...20747563#24520747563 and think this is a great start as HH6 has a ton of pouches borrowed (okay, stolen) from me.

We do not need this rushed, we'd like to take our time, work with a mfgr, and get the details right.

If interested in taking this project on, shoot me a PM and we can take it to email or phone to sort out the details.

Much appreciated.

Ken
Repost. I have had no contact with the individual who was supposedly working on this for me in almost a month.

I'm looking for a binder for a 6x9 Steno Pad that I can carry with me and use during surveillance and interviews and will hold up to the abuse I will throw at it. Something simple with a velcro flap closue, a couple pen pockets on the outside, and maybe some loop for a patch. Something similar to this: http://raineinc.com/catalog/pr...php?products_id=1046
only without the zipper and fold out pocket.

If anyone can hook me up with something like this in coyote cordura please let me know how much it will run and I will take care of it.

So I've recently taken up rock climbing- specifically bouldering, and the chalk bags are either way too granola and/or made overseas. No bueno for this Lightfighter chick.

I'm not looking for anything fancy in terms of features- it's basically a dump pouch for chalk (See example here). Required features are:

- A rim that can stay open. Just please keep in mind I climb without a harness so if I fall and land on this, I don't want it to injure me :-)
- A corded toggle closure to keep chalk from spilling out during transportation.
- An elastic loop to hold a tooth bush.
- Some velcro to display a patch or two.
- 2 belt loops for an attachment point.

I'll take a chalk bag belt, too. They're typically adjustable belts made from 1" nylon webbing with a buckle.

In terms of fabric, I'll let you make the judgement call. It doesn't need to be bombproof, but abrasion resistant and lightweight are musts!

If you have grey or black pieces left over from a different project and can use them up in this, please feel free to. I have a pattern involving skulls, vines and flowers (will send pics) that I'd love to have stitched on in a peacock color thread.

Just shoot me a PM with a rough estimate of cost if you're interested.
I'm looking for a small purpose built pouch to hold a GoPro camera in it's protective case.

Nothing fancy, all that has to be exposed is the lens and the push button on top to start/stop recording.

Molle Compatable, would prefer an RG color, but I'm not really picky.

Anyone up to the challenge please PM me. I can provide dimensions and a spare case for fitment issues.

Basically, just looking for a way to mount this to a chest harness without fussing with the (dorky looking) Chesty mount I currently have.

Thanks.
I am currently issued a DBT AW-FAPCR Plate Carrier which has a kangaroo pocket on the front. The pocket uses both snap buttons and Velcro to secure contents. I also have a Mayflower 3 Magazine Kangaroo insert that fits in the pocket. The insert has velcro but no corresponding snap buttons.

Request: add snap buttons to Mayflower insert so I can use both snaps and Velcro to secure kangaroo pouch.

Any help would be appreciated.

Being a recreational user, my belt rig can change a couple of times a day, usually based on whether or not the stage calls for a shotgun or rifle. And since I don't want to, more importantly I don't HAVE to, carry all the stuff on my belt, I'm looking at alternatives.

The objective is to attach or detach a tek-lok backed rifle pouch or a 2 1/4" metal clip backed shotgun shell caddy to an appropriately sized panel on my pistol belt. The picture in my head is something that looks a little like this

But that attaches to a warbelt with small malice clips, about 7 molle rows wide and no buckle. Rigidity where the pouches will sit is preferable.

Thanks in advance and I can clear up any questions my babble has created via PM.

BLUF: The strap for my climbing shoes wore out and the hardware that the velcro runs through isn't making do any more. My machine won't hack it, and none of the locals I checked with wanted to try it.
I need 2 small 1" wide pieces of webbing sewn to side of each shoe with the metal loop positioned approximately 1" above the rubber so the shoe straps correctly on my foot.

They've been recently resoled plus when the straps work they fit like a glove, color of the webbing doesn't matter whatever scrap you have is fine.
As they were the straps were getting an inch of hook to loop contact and weren't very snug and the torn strap had caused the buckle to shift to center on the shoe.

desired final resting spot of buckle

I cut the old straps off to decrease time for you and give you a clean platform to work on.

Any offers/questions PM please, thanks in advance.

I need someone willing to take a TAG Enhanced Universal Pistol Mag pouch (triple) and remove the original TAG mounting straps. Add another row of webbing above the current two so I can use MALICE clips to mount it to the face of my FASTMAG pouches.
Cost isn't really an issue, just let me know how much you want and where to send it.
UPDATE:
Falldownjager did an awesome job with the sewing and i recommend his work without any hesitation. He is currently working on some other custom work for me and is my "go to guy" for all things nylon.

Request:

I have 3 brand new Eagle Discrete cases (SBR29) and I would like to have velcro sewn to the inside exterior wall of the accessory pocket of each one.

EDIT TO ADD: I'm willing to pay premium.

Thanks to falldownjager for accepting this challenge!

Looking to have a chest rig built that would be similar in dimension to the ATS low pro rig without the built in pouches. The current offerings out there seem to be either 8 or 16 columns of PALS for the most part or too damn tall. If someone knows of a production rig that matches most of these requirements, most importantly general footprint, please let me know, but for now based on my weak search fu, it looks like its going to have to be custom.

So here goes:

* Footprint should be approximately the same as the ATS low profile chest rig or somewhere in between the ATS slick front and the HSGI AO rig.

* Top opening pocket (hook and loop in strategic locations), preferably able to also support kangaroo type pocket pouches (ala Mayflower and the likes)in that same pocket.

* 3 rows tall and 10-12 columns wide of PALS.

* Will also need a completely removable (clip based) H-Harness, non-padded, but may want some cable/hydro management loops

* Must also be able to be direct mounted to a plate carrier via something along the lines of the ITW QASM type clips or similar solution.

* Color would need to either be Coyote or ATACS-AU I'm thinking 500d, but not overly picky, PALS webbing doesn't have to be a perfect match, just darn close.
Currently looking to have a custom Back Panel put together.

Gemeral layput:
PVS14 Pouch, Large GP Pouch, Smoke Grenade/Double Mag pouch and pop up pouch with integral hydration pouch.

Will provide more specific pcitures and diagrams of what I have in mind.

PM me if interested.
Request: Need a chest rig belt extender made. 2in fastex type buckle coyote brown, 1 ft extender male on 1 side female on the other 1 ft coyote brown webbing in the middle thanks shoot me a pm with price. I hate being a BIG boy.

Good judgement comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgement.

REQUEST: Need large black ACH/MICH helmet cover. Can't seem to find one not made by/for airsoft.

I would like it to be snug with velcro on front and back for ID panels/flags/whatever. Would like it to attach into the shell via the velcro disks already in for pads. I was thinking maybe four "Velcro strips" kinda thing, attach to Velcro disk, then attach pads on top.

Please let me know if this would work... Also short turn around... Need it by the 14th...

RFI for Capabilities brief:

I have two projects but know nothing of RYO / DIY, so am requesting if such things are even possible. If so and you are interested in taking part, please PM me and the RFI will go to a Request.

1) Dying a Crye Combat Uniform. Intended color would be white. If possible, what would the ideal base color be (Black, green, tan?)

2) Balaclava. I am sourcing COTS solutions for this, but none I have found are acceptable in color pattern desired (Multicam). Has anyone tried making balaclva's before?

Thanks for your help, Brothers.

Regards,
Mick

Looking for some prices via Pm for the below listed item, bear with me as I try to describe what I am looking for, I may not be able to swing the charge right now if it is outside mt price lane (I have no idea price range but I do know it ain't free or even cheap considering the work into an item)

What I am wanting is a backpack style pack to attach to my climbing deerstand (Summit Viper), I normally wear a backpack but wearing a backpack plus stand is pretty intense. I like this design http://www.climberpack.com/ you can watch video to see pack.

I need a pack a little bit bigger than the one shown there, I would like a hydration capability. I do not need/want the shoulder/waist belt combo I just want a way to connect it to the stand, 2 places at bottom 1 at top. Loadout would mainly be hydration, small amount of snack/protein bars, Jacket (thick), safety harness, Binos, calls, FAK, knives, drag system, lights, gloves, facemask, ETC, I think I have got the bulk of the load for a general idea of size needed. I would like to have a shoulder strap that can be taken on/off so that I could sling it crosschest if needed.
I think I would want at least 2 compartments and one small up front for sensitive items, Binos, rangefinder...

I am thinking OD would probly be the best color, please PM me with your "estimate" of cost. If anyone has suggestions or has done something similar I would like to see it.

Thanks all.
