They're great little optics, cheaper than an aimpoint with comparable durability and similar battery life.   Unfortunately they don't have any way to attach a kill flash, so I came up with this.

Had I made it slightly larger in diameter it would've worked with aimpoint T1s as well.. but I didn't, and now I have 45 of these things I can't get rid of.  Have yet to try selling them on ebay.

Cool.  However, is the honeycomb of similar thickness to a regular Killflash?  It looks 'thicker'.  Did you make it on a 3D printer?

I may be interested in one, as I have a Primary Arms RDS, but I'd like to see one next to a Tenebraex Killflash honeycomb.

I designed it and had it 3D printed by Shapeways.  Its made of laser sintered nylon 12, so its much more durable than ABS or PLA which is what home/hobby 3D printers use.   I'm not sure if the honeycomb is thicker than most killflashes, but it doesn't obscure the sight picture to a negative degree on an un-magnified sight, and with a magnifier you can't tell its on there at all.   Here's some more pictures:

Also fits the new rotary knob model that Primary Arms came out with recently.
