Was in Cabela's the other day and saw one of these for sale.  Interesting looking little thing.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks.

Well.. I HAVE been in the same room as ...oh wait. Never mind. I misread it. Carry on.

Know thy enemies, but be aware of thy friends...

The average age of the world's great civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence:
from bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency;
from complacency to apathy;
from apathy to dependency;
from dependency back again to bondage."

I knew after I posted that title that I should have changed it, but I was at work and couldn't get back on line.

Small offbrand maker in the interwar period. Decent quality.

Yes, as in the ones manufactured by Deutsche Werke, not the ones our funky and freakish members rock. I got mine from my jeweler whos friend was the original owner ... who of course "took it off a dead Nazi officer" .  The ones meant for export (like mine) have 'Germany' right below the serial number.  Very cool gun with a grip 'safety'. When you chamber a round and the slide goes forward, the 'grip safety come out, and the firing pin semi 'decocks'. So squeezing in on that cocks the firing pin (Think of it as a very early H&K P7). It is a one time deal so it is not necessary to hold it in (like you do on a P7). Ergonomically they are awesome. They are pretty well supported (mag, parts) as 250,000 were made from 1921-24.

I was able to find a N.O.S. shoulder holster for mine.
