Does anyone know if this would be suitable to hold a thin pair of gloves? Thin, as in slash resistant duty gloves. It seems it would be nice and streamlined but I am wondering if the elastic would be too loose.

Looking at the two I have on my trauma pack, I would say they'd have to be really thin gloves. It would not be my first option.

It's not that life is so short, it's that you're dead for so long.

I have mine on my drop leg platform for my safariland holster. Since I only run the bottom strap and high ride my holster, I ran some shock cord through the loops where the straps go on the bottom and too, making a pair of horizontal loops. I'd take pictures but camera use on site is a no go, sorry.
