So I've done the best I can using the "search" both here and on the "net"

That said, I picked up a Gen 3 parka, and fleece, so I went down a size to XL, that seemed to be the consensus out there?

I'm not looking to turn this into a huge thread, but I'm guessing I've got some good real end users here that can offer advice/comment on the sizing.

BTW, how important is it to the "real McCoy" I'm pretty sure I did, I'd be pissed with a Chinese "knock off" . I choose Wild Things & Fort Bragg Surplus? as vendors. Thanks in advance troops.

I think it depends on the vendor.  All the .mil items I was issued were generously sized to allow layering beneath.  A Chinese knock-off I purchased was about 2 sizes too small.

I'm feeling pretty G2G with WT, the Fort Bragg Surplus  is a first time for me, however the "reviews" made them out to be the "real deal" . Thanks

So far so good, more to follow.

I've heard good things about Fort Bragg Surplus, a few guys I know have ordered from them and were happy.  I've never ordered from them, but I'm probably going to order a few things in the near future.

Just FYI, they also offer a "good guy" discount.  E-mail them for the code if you qualify.
