ISO: Kydex AIWB for Glock 17 AA single port compensator

I'm having a heck of a time finding a right hand AIWB holster for my RMR'd Gen4 Glock 17 with an Agency Arms single port compensator, no WML.

All I really need is an RMR cut Glock 34 holster with an open bottom so the comp will stick out 1/10".  No WML.

Slide lengths:

Glock 17 = 7.32"

Glock 17 with AA comp = 8.25"

Glock 34 = 8.15"

There a very few on the market, but they are all configured for a WML, and I'm not running one.

Any sources?

Wouldn't an Eidolon Universal work for this? Although there allegedly an Eidolon 2.0 coming down the pipeline.

No because the universal shell only covers a 19 length.  I want coverage over 34 length.

The Phlster Classic may do what you want and possibly without the 12 week lead time of the QVO.

I have one and it only covers up to 17 length.  I want heat shielding all the way to 34 length with an open end so that extra tenth of an inch can protrude.

I understand what you’re looking for. Phlster’s description says it’s good for all full size 9 & 40 Glocks. Hence my suggestion as a possibility.

Ah, missed that part, my bad. You might reach out to Tom over at Dark Star Gear, and try the G34 Orion, but have the bottom cut off? I feel like doing an open bottom chop would be pretty easy, even if you have to bust out a Dremel personally.

JMCK is the alternative custom route; he's my go-to guy now that RCS no longer does custom stuff, and I have some super-oddball shit as it is.

We think alike.

I already reached out to Dark Star and he said the G34 Orion is closed bottom and he wouldn't open it up.  I hadn't considered the dremel route, but that's a good idea.

I have an email in to Tony at JM as well.  Will see what he comes back with.

The phlster website has a pic of a 19 with comp which will get you to G34 length fitting in the classic. I just can’t aave and post the pic.

Yeah I have the Classic now (the one you linked) and it covers only 17 length.  Anything past that and my comp would be exposed.  I'm looking to have that comp covered with the kydex (or at least G34 length which is only 1/10" shy of my 17 with the comp).

After I suggested it I went back and looked at the video and they do in fact state it fits G17 size.

Any particular reason you’re not running a WML? Also what concerns do you have for leaving the comp exposed? I ran my comped G19 in an AC XFER and my comp was exposed with no notable issues because of it.

Used to run an X300 but felt the added width and weight was more than I wanted, especially since I already have an RMR and magwell on the gun.

My concern with an exposed comp is heat during prolonged training or practice sessions, making wearing the gun uncomfortable.
