Not Sure What I Have in my 7.62x51 Stash

I have a box of IMI Manufactured (1999, I believe) 7.62x51 that is 168 Gr HPBT  (SMK I think) and it's labeled as M-852.  The overall length is such that I can only get 3 rounds into a 20 round SR-25 pattern PMAG before they start binding up with the tip digging into the front of the mag,

My first thought when I picked it up 6 or 8 years ago, was that it was an Israeli clone of 168 Gr. Gold Medal Match, but now because of the overall length I'm not sure. 

Anyone have any knowledge about what this is? 

I don't recall exactly how much longer than GMM it is, but I'd guess on the order of about .0350" longer.  I'll re-measure a couple of each this evening.

    Linz sent me a bunch of links so I’ll be able to figure out what I’ve got. 

    The Izzy M-852 is 2.8320” and a 168 Gr. GMM is 2.7880” long. .0440” difference. The M-852 does fit in my Savage 4 round mags without any issues. 

    The Izzy box is marked ‘99 but the rounds are headstamped ‘00.
