Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an adapter that allows PALS or MOLLE pouches to be worn on a belt?

I have a multi-tool and and a flashlight pouch that are flopping around on my duty belt because the straps are too long/large for a 2 inch belt.

Thanks guys!

I'm not sure if the TT will work on my smooth leather belt, but the Down Range Gear  piece looks like just the ticket.

I knew I'd find an answer here.

Down Range Gear makes a couple of options, both of which work quite well.

The MALICE Clip Belt Stabilizer works best for MALICE clips, as the name implies.  I use both the single and the double depending on the pouch.  This product also includes a friction adapter if your belt doesn't have hook or loop to stabilize the pouches.

The PALS Belt Platform works best for traditional MOLLE attachment methods, and is an ingenious design that works with both hook- and loop-lined belts.

Most of the adapters are for Dual Pals slots (like an M4 mag pouch), are there any single adapters like for a pistol mag pouch?

They're not currently listed on the site, but Down Range Gear has made several single adapters for me in the past.  Try contacting Chris (downrangegear@gmail.com).

I have a few of the missing links if you want to try them your welcome to them. Hit me on PM with your address.  I've been running the AWS adapters with an AWS belt for the last month or so and I'm pretty happy with them.  The missing links seemed to get loose after a few weeks.  The AWS seem pretty stiff and hold the pouches secure.

Agreed about the Missing Link, especially depending on what size belt you're using them with.  I tried using a pair with some Eagle FB M9 mag pouches a couple years back on a 2" Ares Gear duty belt, and they did not hold the pouches tightly to the belt.

I'm also a bit OCD about maximizing hook to loop contact between my outer and inner belts, so I was unhappy with the loss of a couple inches of adhesion where I was using the Missing Links.  The DRG belt adapters have hook on one side and loop on the other, which eliminates this problem, and works on both hook- and loop-lined belts.
