I will be getting a new RMR soon for a new pistol build.  In the past I have purchased with the Trijicon LE Firearms Instructors discount, but the wait can be up to 2-3 months.  I saw RMR's on Amazon and while the price was higher than the LE Instructors discount, knowing that I could get it in a few days made up for it.  While I know the horror stories of buying on ebay, it would seem buying from a Amazon Prime seller that it would be safer.  Anyone had any experience?

I bought both of mine from BigTexOutdoors.com they have been excellent & send out discount codes. Try THANKS10 for 10% off. Good luck.

Also, go on their website & you can get a 15% discount after "reading" some of their articles on RMRs

I've purchased two on Amazon (both 6's, IIRC). Both were delivered on time, as promised (not Chicom knock-offs, etc.) and have worked well, about 10 and 24 months respectively, moderate round count on a G19 and M&P .45

I don't recall which vendors and will be tied up most of the day. I could check my orders this PM, if that would help.

Just cause someone is a “Prime” seller that doesn’t mean anything. You need to see if it is sold and shipped by Amazon cause they will guarantee it’s authenticity. If it is just fulfilled by Amazon it could be shipped by 3rd party and you could get screwed.

I like turtles.

If you could check, that would be great.

Will do,  give me a little time.

Turns out I did a smart search or orders and don't need much time. Both were RMR R06 3.25:

Nov 2015 - $540

Mar 2017 - $545

Both handled directly from Amazon.  Below best prices I could find with simple searches and no LEO Discount at the time of purchase.

Simple and quick, YMMV

I find Euro Optic has the best prices on Trijicon and Aimpoint sights.   I have not ordered from them, but I have heard they are good to go, and plan to buy my next optic from them.   $462.64 for a Type 2 RMR06

I ordered my first RMR from Amazon, but seeing that EuroOptic has them for similar pricing, I'll go through EuroOptic; their price is lower, even, than bigtexoutdoors.

NO ONE need worry about EuroOptic or B&H.  They are the very real deal.  Excellent customer service.

I have a Hensoldt red dot waiting for me at home from EuroOptic.  Was mailed in a day.

If you ever feel the need for a $30,000.00 Hasselblad camera, B&H can take care of that too.  Just don't call after sunset on Friday until sunset on Saturday.  The owners are Jewish and they are always closed for the Sabbath.  (Hey, it's NY.)
