Has anyone used this holster? It looks like a simple/comfortable option.

Been carrying one since 2014 for a Glock 19 w/out light. I just picked up a mag pouch from him as well. I like it, does the job. Good retention, fits slim. I dislike wearing kydex and this does the job for me.

I had one I used for a Glock 19 until I managed to bend the belt clip while sitting down. I can't get it back serviceable. Until then, worked great.

I have a G17 Model I use for a G19.  I like it for its slimness and quick on/off. I tend to use it more  when I wont to up my level of concealment with more form fitting clothes.

As I use it AIWB, the leather sweat guard tends to  bend in after I present the weapon. As such, I have to be extra careful on the re-holster of the SCD/Gadget  equipped G19.

Needle nose pliers, some kind of a dowel used as a "fulcrum" and try to bend the clip back into "tension"?

Those sorts of clips are pretty sturdy usually, never seen one bend like that. May have been out of spec, etc. Regardless, I'd contact them about it. If they won't repair cheap, maybe you can buy the clip alone cheap enough and get a local handynerd friend or shoe repair guy (they do everything) to un-rivet the old one, rivet on the new. Even I could probably manage this.

Even if just trying to bend the clip back, it will go better off the holster.
